The DisplayPort to HDMI adapter DP2HDMIADAP features a DisplayPort connector and an HDMI socket. This allows you to continue using an existing HDMI display with a DisplayPort video card or source. This cost-effective solution supports display resolutions of up to 1920x1200 (computer) and 1080p (HDTV), maintains the incredible graphic performance of DisplayPort, and saves on the costs of upgrading an HDMI-capable display to one with integrated DisplayPort support. The DP2HDMIADAP is a passive adapter cable that requires a DP++ connection (DisplayPort++). This means that DVI and HDMI signals can also be transmitted through the port. This adapter enables audio passthrough when supported by the video source. For support information, please refer to the manual of the video source. It comes with a 2-year warranty and free technical support for the entire lifespan of the device.
