Omada SDN (Software Defined Networking) integrates network infrastructure products such as the access points, switches and gateways to enable 100% centralized cloud management. Omada enables highly scalable
networks, all controlled from a single interface. This seamlessly provides simultaneous WLAN and LAN connections to create an optimal network for hospitality, education, retail, offices. Power over Ethernet allows you to supply power to compatible devices over the network cable. Especially for end devices such as wireless access points, IP phones and IP cameras, this reduces the amount of cabling required while giving you flexibility in the placement of end devices. The IEEE 802.3at standard provides a maximum of 25.4 watts of power on each PoE+ port with a voltage of up to 50 volts. The standard assumes that 21.90 watts of usable power may remain or be consumed after line losses so as not to exceed the maximum power output. For PoE+, a Cat5e/6 cable with a maximum length of 100m is recommended.
