6. Sony Alpha 6100
Capture special moments and portraits. The impressive image quality and speed based on full-frame model technology means you can leave the work to the camera. With the α6100 you won't miss a thing.
The continuous, uniform focus on moving motifs is indispensable for capturing important moments - whether it is a sporting event or an everyday situation. Sony's sophisticated1 motif tracking algorithm, based on artificial intelligence, therefore processes enormous amounts of spatial data in real time and at high speed.
Autofocus with real-time eye detection tracks your subject's eyes even when the subject is moving, backlit, looking down, or part of the face is covered. You can focus the left or right eye.
Sony's innovative eye recognition algorithms are suitable for taking pictures of animals and people. In this way, sharply focused animal portraits and beautiful wildlife shots succeed.
The large autofocus range is based on dense arrangements with 425 points for phase detection and 425 points for contrast detection for much more precise detection. The latest generation fast image processor provides an impressive acquisition speed of 0.02s, while modern algorithms anticipate the subject's position.
Due to the fast internal processing and the large memory buffer, continuous shooting at up to 11 fps with subsequent display or 8 fps with real-time preview with minimal display delay is possible. Capture up to 77 JPEG images (standard) in succession.
When absolute silence is required, e.g. at live events or animal portraits, the α6100 can record up to 8 frames per second6 without noise - with AF/AE tracking activated, even in AF-C mode, with autofocus with eye detection in real time or real-time tracking.

10. Sony Alpha 7 III
The new addition to the Alpha 7 family from Sony is a real all-rounder. The back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS full-frame sensor with 24.2 megapixels has been specially redesigned for the camera and the image processor has been further developed. With ISO 100 to 51,200, the α7 III covers an extremely wide sensitivity range. The sensor has a high dynamic range of 15 f-stops. The autofocus system can compete with the best on the market. The 693 phase autofocus points together with 425 contrast autofocus points cover around 93 per cent of the sensor surface. The autofocus also works quickly and reliably with eye detection. Continuous shooting is possible at up to ten frames per second with a mechanical shutter - if desired, completely silent with continuous focus tracking.5-axis image stabilisation, high-resolution 4K video recording and a long battery life of 710 shots round off the specifications. The joystick familiar from the α7 III and two SD card slots ensure greater freedom of operation. The back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor with 24.2 megapixels plus front-end LSI stand for ultra-high image quality and speed. Sony has effectively doubled the readout speed of the image sensor. Thanks to the updated BIONZ X processor, the processing speed of the images has also increased by 1.8 times compared to the α7 II. An ISO range of 100 - 51,200 (expandable to ISO 50 - 204,800 for photos), a dynamic range of 15 f-stops and significantly improved skin tones and more true-to-life colours speak for themselves. 14-bit RAW is no problem for the α7 III, even with silent continuous shooting. The 5-axis image stabiliser compensates for up to 5.0. The new α7 III is able to capture up to ten images per second at full resolution with continuous autofocus on the memory card. In total, the buffer is sufficient for up to 177 standard JPEG images, 89 compressed RAW images or 40 uncompressed RAW images.
