The on-site service is valid as long as the customer has an Infinity license for the device and for a maximum of five (5) years after the purchase of the device.

The hardware will be made available for transfer to the specified end customer during the contract period. The hardware has at least the following specifications: 2 x Ethernet (RJ45) connections with 1 GBit and Wi-Fi in a mini-desktop format. The hardware remains the property of Securepoint GmbH.

The minimum contract duration (MCD) is 12 months.
