The Alphacool Eiszyklon fan is the ideal combination of silent and performance fan in its size. Its airflow and high static pressure in a compact space make it perfect for 92 mm radiators. The extensive Digital RGB lighting also creates the right atmosphere in the system.
With a fan speed of 600 - 1800 rpm, the Alphacool Eiszyklon offers a very wide control range, making it suitable for silent systems as well. The Alphacool ES fans have been specifically designed for use in servers and workstations. Unlike typical fans, they do not feature a 2- or 3-pin DC power connection, but rather a 4-pin PWM control. Instead of relying on the usual 2 cables or the 3-pin connection, Alphacool now also employs a modern 4-pin PWM connection in its enterprise fans, which is increasingly supported by server motherboards. Through the 4-pin PWM connection, the fan always receives full voltage and is controlled via pulse width modulation. This allows for a significantly wider range of speed control.
