1) Does the housing have an integrated FAN header? 2)For use with a 7900 XTX and a 7800x3d in conjunction with an Arctic Freezer II 360 AIO, how would you install the AIO and how would you arrange or distribute the remaining fans?

1. no.
2. have installed the Arctic Freezer II 280 in the lid myself. Shouldn't have any problems with the 360 either.
Should also work on the side.
I have arranged the fans like this: Underneath and on the side, air in.
Rear and top fans, air out.

This housing does not have an RGB header. You would have to buy the Plus version, which comes with an RGB header. I bought the TUF fans with it. It comes with a header.
