About the subwoofer bass, adjustment of the sound when using TV: I can adjust the bass to at least -5... but it's still muffled, I find it unpleasant. Would like less deep bass. Are there still options

Hi, I actually find the bass low and have the setting at +3.
as low and have the setting at +3. Try changing the EQ setting or deactivating the bass completely (delete connection to soundbar). I think something else is wrong. The soundbar is rather cheap and only has a low output. Greetings
