According to the Corsair website, this product comes with a 5-year warranty. Is this not the case with Digitec?

Please refer to the GTC under 7.1: Digitec Galaxus or the retailer shall guarantee that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for a period of 2 years after delivery or store collection. .... etc.
