After approx. 1.5 years of operation, the UPS no longer works properly for me. Although the connected Synology shows that the 750R is 100% charged and should last approx. 1560s, it does not last 10 seconds when the power is interrupted. Should I assume that the battery is already defective? And if so, where can I get replacement batteries? Thank you!
