After hanging the TV, is it possible to "slip" the lower edge of the TV away from the wall by a few centimetres in order to access the TV's (Samsung QE82Q6) sockets?

Good morning
I used this wall mount to hang my Samsung QE75Q60R. The cables have to be plugged in before hanging. When the TV is hanging, you have no way to get to the slots.
