Approximately how loud are the fans when running at max. speed in 50cm distance?

These can be very loud at full speed. As stated by Arctic 30dB at 2100 RPM (max 3000 RPM). I have these with 6 in a MATX case and set to 30% curve. Slightly audible but good performance.
