Fans are not included with the Corsair 2500X case, as Corsair assumes that users prefer a customised fan configuration or an AIO (All-In-One) cooling solution。

Here are the options for how many and which fans you can install:

- Top: Up to 3x 120 mm fans or 3x 140 mm fans.
- Side: Up to 2x 120 mm fans.
- Bottom: Up to 3x 120 mm fans or 3x 140 mm fans.
- Rear: 1x 120 mm fan.

In total, the housing can accommodate up to 9 120 mm fans or 6 140 mm fans.
