I don't quite understand this question... maybe someone can enlighten me. I thought Galaxus is an online shop where you can only order new goods, like Saturn, Mediamarkt and so on? It doesn't say on any of the iPads that you can choose a condition... i.e. "used", "as new", ... etc.
So why should the product be refurbished or not in its original packaging? Have I overlooked something or misunderstood something?

Mine was originally packed but defective. The battery only lasted for a short time. There was no return option such as defect with refund.
