Are there more than 2 fans and do the fans have Rgb?

Depends on the requirements you have.
Fans from Nzxt Aer RGB 2 (14cm) are about Fr 45.- then you need the RGB & Fan Cotroller in addition about Fr 50.-.
I can't tell you how quiet the parts are.
If you want something different, just enter RGB fan in the searcher.

The two fans supplied do not have RGB lighting, but it should be no problem to replace the fans with RGB. If you want to attach more fans to the cooler (push/pull), you simply need enough space in the case.
