I have installed Proxmox 8.1.3 and executed the shell query "lspci -nk"
"02:00.0 0200: 10ec:8168 (rev 0c)
Subsystem: 10ec:0123
Kernel driver in use: r8169
Kernel modules: r8169"
I think it is a Realtek R8169.
The ISO for ESXi8 is missing the Realtek driver ... that's why I decided to use Proxmox.
