Because after inserting the micro sd after about 1 hour that records it tells me again to insert the memory card I have restarted it several times but it only works for a short time

Try inserting the card & formatting the SD card via the direct camera settings ✌️.

It usually works directly ✌️.

It is not possible to answer this question. I would try the following:
- test with another memory card
- reformat the memory card
- Clean the contacts of the memory card very carefully
- make sure that there is no moisture in and around the camera
- Warranty case?
