But what bands does it use? In the description it doesn't mention B1, B3, B20, B28 etc., and above all N78. Is this an error in the specifications or is it hardly usable in Switzerland? Is it branded (like t-mobile or vodafone etc.) ?

Yes, it does cover all these bands (1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 41 and 78), divided into LTE, SA and NSA.
It can be used in Switzerland.

ZTE is a Huawei brand.
The router is reliable.

Brands such as T mobile or Vodafone are operators, not manufacturers.
They may sometimes offer these routers, but do not manufacture them.
