Can anyone help me with the Bluetooth connection? I have already tried to pair with several different devices and it always comes up that the connection has failed. Does anyone have a tip? Thank you

Hello, I got a TW-7000 from digitec last week and had the same problem with Bluetooth. It simply does not work. In addition, my device had extreme blurring at the edges of the picture. I sent the device back and am now using my TW-6600 again. This device works perfectly.
