Can connect my AirPods Pro 2 USB-C but have no sound. I have reset both devices and switched off other Bluetooth devices that are connected to the AirPods. Firmware update on the AirPods is also done. Can anyone help me?

Is the battery charged and is the switch in the correct position? If you follow the operating instructions, it should actually work.
