Can I connect these 2 fans that are included on the fan hub that is included with the Corsair Ml120 pro RGB?

No, the fans supplied do not have RGB and the hub of the ML fans is, as far as I know, only for the RGB lighting, not for the fan control. You would have to connect them directly to the mainboard or control them via a Commander Pro.
