Can I install 3x120 fans at the top, bottom and side and 1x120 or even 1x140 at the back?

Yes, you can install the following fan configurations in the O11 Dynamic XL from Lian Li:
- Top: Up to 3 x 120mm or 3 x 140mm fans.
- Bottom: Up to 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fans.
- Side: Up to 3 x 120mm or 3 x 140mm fans.
- Rear: Up to 2 x 120mm fans, but no 140mm fans.
This means that your desired configuration of 3 x 120mm fans at the top, bottom and side and 1 x 120mm fan at the rear is possible. However, a 140mm fan configuration at the rear is not supported.
