Can I install this in my PC? (is that good at all because of heat?) Does it come with a remote control? I would be very happy to receive an answer

Heat should not play a role. Whether the strips work for you depends on your motherboard, you need the right connections.
A remote control is not included, it only works via the board software for RGB.
