Yes, this disk fits in the PS4 Slim, but it will go slow, as always.
The super long load times of PS4 are mainly due to the hard disk. I strongly recommend you to chose a SSD. They are a bit more expensive but so much worthwhile!!
For instance: Intenso high performance (960GB, 2.5")
Or almost any SSD 2.5" with the same specs. I personally don't need 1TB and with the disk of 500GB I have more than enough for my PS4.
