Can I now access the mobile network with this model (and E-Sim/Sim) as with the mobile? It says "only WLAN" but in the spec. it also says that Sims can be used.

Access to the mobile phone network directly is not possible with the model.
It is not possible to insert a SIM.

If only WLAN is available, you certainly can't use the mobile network 🤦🏻‍♂️!
That is why there is the model
Wi-Fi + Cellular!
You could also find this out easily via Apple.com!
