Can I pair the device with my TV if it doesn't have a headphone jack or USB or something?

This does not need to be paired with the TV, but the TV serves as the source, e.g. via the optical connection.
Finally, the BT headphones are paired.

The receiver can be connected to the TV either via an analogue cable or via the optical connection.
If the TV does not have a headphone connection, there is still the option of a cinch output. I'm not sure whether a cinch jack adapter is included with the accessories. If so, such adapters are readily available.

If the TV has an optical output, the sound can also be transmitted via this.

The USB connection is only required to power the receiver. If the TV does not actually have a USB port, a normal mobile phone charger can also be used in principle.

PS:
According to the instructions, the adapter is included, but it is not listed at Digitec

The instructions say:
Package Contents:
" 1x Wireless Audio Adapter
" 1x S/PDIF Optical Audio Cable
" 1x 3.5 mm Audio Cable
" 1x 3.5 mm to RCA Audio Cable
" 1x USB-C Power Cable
" 1x User Manual

So if you don't have 3.5mm audio, you need an optical one, then it works too
