Can I shoot a movie and take photos at the same time with the DSC WX220?

This does not seem to be possible with this model. However, we have another Sony model (DSC-HX50) where this is possible. However, the photo quality of these pictures decreases.
But the WX220 is a great camera. Small, compact and takes great shots. Very good lens.
