Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between the SSD T1 and SSD T3? I haven't figured it out myself.

SSD T1 = Product from 2015, Black plastic housing, lightweight, micro USB 3 Type B connector.

SSD T3 = Product from 2016, metal housing, heavier, reversible USB Type C connector.

In addition, the products are likely to differ internally in terms of the controller.
