If you mean can you use it with a 750W power supply, then yes.

The whole thing works the other way round. Your components need a certain amount of power and the power supply must be able to deliver it. The maximum power your power supply can deliver (500W, 750W, 2000W, ...) makes absolutely no difference to a single component (e.g. mainboard).
