Can the plate also be used only for CPU and radiators? GPU to close the holes?

It is difficult to say. Tubes should fit into the fittings. I don't know the prices from digitec by heart. You will definitely need a radiator (120mm should be enough for the CPU), fittings for the tubes or hoses, fan and the cpu block.

Tyrael, yes, there are some at digitec: EKWB EK-CSQ Plug G1/4
I don't find them that nice, so I ordered them directly from EKWB.
