Can the "Seagate Exos X18" hard disk be inserted in this enclosure and used in RAID 5?

This should work, these RAID levels are supported:
RAID modes 0/1/3/5/10 & BIG

However, it should be noted that this is only a hard drive enclosure and not a NAS server. But the price is quite reasonable.

Just note that this is not a real NAS server, but only an "enlarged" hard disk. All the usual RAID modes should work.
