Can the tablet still be used after the smart crap has been switched off? I don't want any permanent spies listening in at home and I don't have a smart home, but I love this thick battery (it's so great to lift, hang or stand on!) and my old Yoga Tab doesn't get any updates any more. Or is there any alternative ROM for it? Unfortunately, LineageOS is not available, I've already looked into that.

Currently, you only need to update all apps from Google, then the desired effect will happen on its own... The Smart Assistant feature is currently not usable with the latest available Rom. The only solution is to uninstall the Google Assistant update.

Maybe the Android 10 update will solve this problem. Then you would have to look for a solution to deactivate it again 🤣
