Sorry, I have no information on UGC Gateway. My experience with PRO N610 - works reliably with PRO class handhelds. Other combinations had trouble synchronising the type of audio compression, which often cancelled the connection - even when forwarding. Since replacing all non "PRO" devices, it has been fine. Whether the newer devices still have "PRO" in the product name even though they have "PRO" features
I don't know either. GIGASET delegated the support to the sellers of their products with the result: no support in my case. The solution to the problem was research on the Internet where I found links to GIGASET's own messages in Bergen from Tech Talk. Too bad about GIGASET, it meant best value for money but for me it is no longer an option for corporate use as I felt let down.
