Reolink cameras support access via web browser locally in the LAN so that you can configure the camera directly via its IP address. To access the camera, you need to know its IP address and, if necessary, set up port forwarding in the router if you want to access it from outside your network. However, the initial setup is usually done via the Reolink app or the Reolink client, after which web access is possible.
