Can you let me know if this AP have also fiber optic connection? I intend to install one in basement and other two on the upper floors. Thank you in advance for reply.

No, two ethernet ports, one as primary (POE) and the second one to connect another device (switch). There in no reason why you would need Fibre Optic connection for the AP. The FO connects to your router then you use ethernet to connect the router to the APs. For home use you can consider the LITE version as well.
