Canon SX70 HS: After the shutter is released, the picture just taken appears in the viewfinder/display. In addition, the histogram, time, exposure, ISO etc. etc. are also displayed. However, I only want to see the picture I have just taken, without any further information. How can I change the monitor/display/viewfinder settings? bruno

This problem also cost me 2 hours. The manual is worthless, full of bells and whistles. Simply press the INFO button, the display changes every time, and the desired full screen appears on the second press. Unfortunately, the cameras have been upgraded (electronised) to the point of uselessness, so people flee to the user-friendly mobile cams and inevitably accept lower quality images.

Usually you have a DISP button on the camera, if you don't have one I would try pressing up or down on the round button where you also set the flash settings etc. while looking at a picture.
