Question about NZXT H9 Flow RGB+

Could it be that a cable is missing in my scope of delivery? I finished my build yesterday, but I can't control the pre-installed (7 case fans) via NZXT Cam. The problem is that the integrated fans are not connected to the mainboard, so they run permanently at 100%, which cannot be adjusted. The water cooling and the fans I have installed for the CPU are controlled and recognised without any problems. Only the pre-installed NZXT hub doesn't seem to be connected to the mainboard and I don't have a cable for it. Is it normal that I don't have an "internal USB 2.0 pin header cable", "USB 2.0 9-pin mainboard cable" or "internal USB cable (PC)"? So I'm missing a cable from the NZXT hub to the F_USB header on the Gigabyte mainboard. Is this deliberately not included in the scope of delivery?

Found the solution:

The pre-installed controller in the housing was defective, it was never recognised in the software and therefore led to fan problems.
(Running at 100% - not a problem in itself, but as loud as my hoover)

I have now ordered a new controller myself from digitec.

It has just arrived, I have set all the cables identically to the old controller, switched the PC on again and - bang - the fans are quiet and are recognised.

According to research, such a cable should be included. In this case, we will refer you to our digitec Assistant, which provides direct contact options so that the problem can be checked in more detail and you can be helped accordingly.
