Basically, this is exactly the same chip. However, the internal graphics unit is deactivated on the i9-10900KF. so if you have a GPU installed in your system, you can save yourself the extra charge. In addition, the i9-10900KF is supposed to have a lower power consumption (because of the deactivated graphics unit), but whether this really makes much difference is rather questionable.

Since the price difference is marginal (about 20 francs), I would buy the version with the graphics chip. You never know.
