Dear Digitec Team, Are the coolers now equipped with the LGA 1700 bracket or do I still have to order it independently from Noctua? Many thanks for your answer

We have several sources for this item and cannot answer the question clearly. The main supplier explicitly notes that an additional kit for LGA 1700 is necessary, so I can well imagine that you will receive the cooler without the kit.
