Dear Galaxus team. I know that you will do anything for money, but the filament only costs half as much from the manufacturer. I know your argument is "dynamic prices". But why don't you be so nice and explain to us how it can be that you charge twice as much, what dynamics other than greed are behind this? I would really like the market to give you the "middle finger" and for you to rethink your pricing policy. I also know that your Marketing team will respond with the usual "blah blah blah". But please... Just think about your customers. Or are you just not getting your fill?

We do not receive these products from the manufacturer itself, but from other suppliers with corresponding purchasing conditions. It goes without saying that we then have to make a surcharge, as we have to be able to pay wages, rents etc. somehow.

Yes, I also order directly from the manufacturer. That way I don't have to pay anyone extra wages. The import costs are low, so don't be afraid to order from the manufacturer. If you order 4 rolls or more, you get a quantity discount, and I've always received small gadgets as well. I see no reason to want to order anywhere else except directly from the manufacturer.
in case someone stumbles by here. The shipping to switzerland from the manufacturer itself is free for orders above 115 euros, please dont order anything here on galaxus!
