Do I have to connect the Zyxel to the router with an Ethernet cable or is the transmission via radio?

The Zyxel PLA5206 v2 Starter Kit (1000Mbit/s) has no WLAN transmission.
You have to connect a network cable to the router/modem on one adapter and a network cable to the respective end device on the other.
