I have my GoPro9 with a suction cup directly on the tank of my chopper, which itself emits strong vibrations. At the same time I have the MaxLens Mod on it for horizontal fixation. No protective housing. The videos are completely shake free and extremely clean. I haven't tried it without the MaxLens mod yet, so I can't say whether that might be the solution for you.

We have them mounted on a kart and no problems because of vibrations.
However, we also have them in the GoPro protective housing.
