Question about ASUS Graphics Amplifier ROG XG Mobile (GC33) RTX 4090

Does anyone know a solution to the following problem with the power modes? I have been using the XGM 4090 with the Flow X13 (2021 Supernova version, I did not have this problem with the XGM 3080) for almost 1 month. Almost every time I switch off the X13, I disconnect it from the power via the switch on the multi-plug. When booting up, for some reason the Turbo and Manual modes are greyed out in the Armoury Crate, so only Windows, Quiet and Performance are selectable (as far as I know 150W TDP is only available via Turbo mode, Performance mode goes up to 125W). To make turbo mode selectable, I have to disconnect the XGM via software, physically remove it and reconnect it. Then I get the error message "It appears that your XG Mobile is not properly connected, preventing access to the device. We recommend checking all cable connections to make sure they are secure", although I have connected everything correctly. When I now select the XGM icon via the Windows button to switch to the 4090, nothing happens and I have to restart the X13, after which the software responds and I can connect it and suddenly all performance modes are available. If I do not disconnect the X13 from the power supply after shutdown, all power modes remain available later, otherwise I have to constantly perform this annoying 10-15 minute procedure, by the way, I never had this error message with the XGM 3080. Is this a known problem?

I've never had a problem like that. I have an Ally with this GPU but I think the management software is the same. Maybe check with Asus support?
