Does it have a M.2 SSD heatsink?

No. In the "Box contents" section of the user manual, only a screw kit for M.2 SSDs is mentioned. On the other hand, if the motherboard had at least one M.2 heatsink, it would be visible in the motherboard photos. An example: ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS (AM4, AMD B550, mATX)
