This is too general a question. Every enclosure has airflow. This one from Corsair has a mesh panel on the top and back, but a glass panel on the side and front. These panels do block airflow but it looks like it has a big enough gap between the glass and the case at the front which is certainly not bad for air resistance.
This case is certainly not the worst in terms of airflow, but if that is important to you, you may want to consider buying another case such as a Corsair 4000D airflow. But if RGB is important to you, no RGB fans will come with it and they don't look as good on a mesh panel as they do on a glass panel. Hope I could help you.
