It seems so, according to the official documentation.
The PS4 controller should be usable via the standard Bluetooth connection this dongle offers.
However, some features won't be available :
- Touchpad is not supported
- The color of the light bar cannot be changed
- Rumble, motion sensor, and headphone jack audio connection
