Does Netgear not offer the "ProSAFE® Guarantee" with this product? See: https://www.netgear.ch/business/documents/prosafe-lifetime-warranty/faqs.aspx In this context, I do not understand why Digitec does not clearly indicate this. On the contrary, the customer is recommended a 5-year warranty extension for Fr.58.90. Sorry, but this is not quite kosher :-(
