Question about Ubiquiti UniFi U6 LR

Does the AP U6-LR not support a MESH function? I currently have to organise my Internet access via a neighbour's WLAN and then set up my own WLAN. Can the AP U6-LR log in as a WLAN client in another WLAN not managed by the uniFI console (e.g. the neighbour's WLAN) and open another WLAN managed by the unniFI console via which my devices can then access the Internet?

I am not up on all the model numbers but I have 3 UniFi access points. All Mesh devices. And I can fully recommend them. Always had problems with Wi-Fi before . Now I flooded the whole apartment and cellar with Wi-Fi. It’s great.
