Does the cam also support this memory card (Samsung Evo+ microSD UHS-I (128GB, Class 10))?

You're right, though, and I revise my opinion :-)
According to the specs at https://www.yitechnology.com/yi-4k-plus..., only <= 64GB microSD cards are compatible.
I would therefore recommend buying one (or more) Samsung Evo+ microSD UHS-I (64GB, Class 10).

Yes, this memory card is also supported.
Basically, any microSD card (>= Class 10) should be able to be used.
My 4k+ came with a leaflet saying that cards up to 128 GB are supported. But they have to support Class 10 and U3.
