The camera requires a Wi-Fi connection for use as it communicates via Wi-Fi and does not offer a wired network option. Without Wi-Fi, the camera cannot be connected to the network and therefore cannot use live broadcasts or cloud storage. However, it can store local recordings on a microSD card as long as it is switched on.
