No it hasn't - storage with Arlo is only more with subscription - I have already changed the majority of my cameras to Unify for this reason - you have to invest in hardware once but then you can store very flexibly... and meanwhile there are also cameras that also work with wireless and not only with ethernet... and if you want to use the feed in another platform, that works much better too. I don't buy Arlo's anymore.
